I have been going to this salon for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I recently called to schedule an appointment with my regular stylist. I believe the owner answered the phone and told me she was not taking clients. I explained that I was already her client, only to then be told that I would no longer be seen because the salon supposedly “lost money” when Katelyn had to redo my hair. Let me be very clear: I did not ask for my hair to be redone because I simply changed my mind. It needed to be corrected because it was not done properly the first time. Katelyn was not my regular stylist. During my original appointment, she seemed hesitant and uncomfortable with what I was asking for. If she did not feel confident doing the service, she should have been honest and told me instead of proceeding. My hair ended up with completely different sections of brassy orange and blonde that did not match. It was nowhere close to what I had asked for. What made the experience even worse was the lack of professionalism during my appointment. I was left waiting while she took care of other clients. After finishing another client's haircut, she continued having a personal conversation with that client for approximately 20 minutes, even though my processing timer had already gone off. I chose not to say anything at the time because I was trying to be patient and respectful. When she finally washed my hair, I pointed out that some sections clearly did not match. I decided to give it a few weeks and see if purple shampoo would help. It didn't. I eventually had to request that my hair be corrected. When I called Katelyn to schedule the correction, her attitude was rude and defensive. She repeatedly questioned what I didn't like instead of simply listening to the concerns I was explaining. I shouldn't have had to defend why I was unhappy with a service that clearly did not turn out as requested. And now, because the salon apparently doesn't want to “lose money” correcting a service that went wrong, I am being told I can no longer see my regular stylist there. So I lose my stylist and my money, while the business gets to avoid taking responsibility for a bad experience. After going to this salon for years, this is how I am treated? Apparently that loyalty means nothing when there is money involved. I understand that businesses need to make money, but customers also work hard for theirs. I didn't pay for a hair color I didn't ask for, and I certainly shouldn't have to pay another stylist to fix something that should have been done correctly the first time. This entire situation was handled poorly from beginning to end. The original service was disappointing, the correction process was uncomfortable, and the way I was ultimately treated as a long-time customer was unacceptable. I regret not staying with my regular stylist from the beginning.

Today I wanted to get an impulsive haircut. I called everywhere in Marshfield and this was the only place available. I had the absolute BEST experience there!! The girl that cut my hair was so so nice! I ended up getting 4 1/2 inches off and my hair looks fantastic! I’ll absolutely be back here in the future!!

I waited 35 minutes past our first apt, one of the woman who spoke to me was rude and snotty, due to this being my first time there i couldnt remember the name of the lady cutting my hair which must have been very displeasing to her bc she responded with "you dont even know whos cutting your hair?" Not one person apologized for the wait or notified me that it wouldnt be much longer and i refused to pay good money to people who clearly didnt want my service and we walked out.

I've gone to this place twice and have absolutely fallen in love with the place & people who work there! Everyone is very nice and professional. The salon is very clean and cute. Not mention my hair has never looked so great! Ashley Morgan cut and colored my hair to perfection. She also tamed my THICK unruly eyebrows. Honestly, never been so impressed by a hair stylist.
