New Clients
Kenzie and Emily are currently welcoming new clients! At this time, our other stylists, nail technician, and massage therapist are not accepting new clients due to fully booked schedules.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificate sales are limited to recipients who are already established with a service provider. This policy helps ensure that all clients can use their certificates without delays due to scheduling availability.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24-48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations to allow others the opportunity to schedule. After three cancellations or no-shows without proper notice, we require a 50% non-refundable prepayment for future bookings. Continuous no-shows or late cancellations may result in discontinued service.
Late Arrivals
We strive to accommodate all our clients, but late arrivals may affect the quality of service. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, such as omitting shampoo or styling services.
At V & Company, we expect respect and kindness to flow both ways. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client is rude or disrespectful to our staff or other guests. Our goal is to create a joyful and respectful environment for everyone who enters.
